About this house

Near Sourdeval in the Manche (Normandy), Leggett lists a stone house of about 123 m² with roughly 2,947 m² of garden for €127,472. Agent highlights include two gîtes, main drains, a large garden and views on a traffic-calmed road.

A half-timbered elevation with blue shutters faces a lawn patio. The interiors look furnished and usable rather than a renovation shell.

Sourdeval provides local shops; Vire and the Normandy countryside are a short drive.

Buying in France: expect notary fees often around 7–8% on older homes, and many buyers use a notaire-led process or bilingual lawyer. Foreign mortgage terms vary; seek a bank pre-agreement early. Confirm gîte rental rules with the mairie if income use matters. Map coordinates are approximate village/town centre; confirm the exact parcel with the broker.
